All our trailer package contents come loaded on custom build carts to make loading and unloading easy. Whether you need everything pulled out and rolled into a studio or a single cart brought down to a location it’s simple. Everything is accessible without moving a single cart also, this means you can walk in and pull out a lamp, stand, stinger and sandbag and walk out without moving anything. Every trailer comes loaded with a full selection of consumables including items for grip, electric, makeup, wardrobe and more… just incase!

Commercial Package

We designed this package with larger projects in mind. Feature length films, narrative commercials and corpoate film work. This package should have you covered, if not, we can always add to it.

This package is designed for the independant filmmaker working on a tight budget while still demanding high quailty. Ideal uses would include short films, music videos and personal projects.

Pay-as-you-Play Package

Dont’ know exactly what you need? No problem! Our Pay-as-you-Play trailer is the solution for you. All of the fixtures come secured with custom zip ties and you only pay for what you’ve cut and taken out.

What if I use more than a trailer package?

We will always give you the best deal possible, so if you use everything in the truck we will never charge more than the commercial trailer package rate. However we do not offer the indie package pricing in this option.

Trailer Package FAQs

Are there additional costs?

There is no additional costs for millage. The only time additional costs would be applied is for the use of any consumables or when taking out our Pay as you Play package option.

Do I need a truck to rent a trailer package?

No, you can hire out any of our trailer packages with a driver and have the package show up on set for you. All our drivers are industry professionals and can be used as crew on your project, just let us know what position you’d like them to fulfill and we will take care of the rest!

What kind of connection does my truck need to tow the trailer?

Our trailer comes with a standard 7 pin blade connector. You are required to have an electronic brake controller installed also for your safety.

What is the gross weight of the trailer?

Our fully loaded trailer is right around 5000LBS, the trailer is rated for 7500LBS and does require a 2-7/8″ ball hitch. We recommend a class 4 tow package as well just to be safe.

What if I accidentally cut a tie and don’t use the item?

Unfortunately there is no way for us to know if you did use the fixture or not so we must charge for any zip tied items that are cut. If you have taken one of our drivers with you we will work with them to ensure everything is only billed as used.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Credit Card with a 3% convince fee applied. We also accept email money transfer, bank draft, cheque (must be a verified user) or bank transfer.

Do I require insurance to rent from you?

Yes. Everyone is required to produce valid production insurance for any rental from Edmonton Production Rentals. If you need help setting up insurance please let us know and we can help you with that, we use Front Row Insurance to help you obtain short term production insurance at a very reasonable price.
