Description
The KA-B30B is an extended B-mount battery plate with built-in battery cells that maintain power during battery changes. When you remove the main battery, the internal cells automatically take over to ensure continuous power until a new battery is installed. This means you can replace batteries without shutting down your cameras or devices.
120-Second Countdown Display
The built-in LCD screen displays a 120-second countdown whenever the main battery is removed. Simply attach a new battery before the timer reaches zero to maintain uninterrupted operation. Once the new battery is connected, it will recharge the plate’s internal cells, and the countdown will reset to 120 seconds. Even after 500 charge cycles, the internal cells still provide at least 120 seconds of support at a 200W load.
32Wh, 28V, 200W Power Capacity
Equipped with 32Wh battery cells, the KA-B30B delivers a steady 200W high load suitable for cinema cameras and accessories. It supports B-mount batteries rated from 22V to 33.6V and regulates output at 28V when operating from the internal cells during battery swaps.

ARRI ALEXA Compatibility
The KA-B30B pairs perfectly with ARRI ALEXA 35 and 265, as well as Blackmagic URSA Cine cameras, to provide uninterrupted power performance. It’s also fully compatible with future ARRI cameras and lighting systems using the B-mount standard.
